Israel Saldivar is actually clutch. My friend came in driving a QX30 and left in a BMW 5 Series and the whole switch was way easier than we expected. Israel handled everything, kept it real the whole time, and made sure my boy got something way nicer without all the usual dealership stress. No weird pressure, no runaround and just straight help.
