Excellent service! I loved that they spoke several languages for better communication with their customers. They have a great variety of very nice cars. I loved their service and highly recommend the girl named Sol; she's very friendly.

Brought my car in for oil service. They offered a current promotion they were having and I saved quite a bit for this service and two more oil changes. It included a tire rotation as well. I Highly recommend them for your car services.
From the initial contact to the completion of the work, Lauren Rosner has delivered high quality customer service. She updated me on the status real time, ensured the work is done to specs, gave me a additional detailed maintenance recommendation and delivered my freshly washed, fully repaired car. Thanks! 😊
I just bought my 2nd vehicle this year from Cameron Hall, he is the best, he helped me find what I needed now for the second time. Been a happy customer working with these guys. Good warranty and good trade in value
I just bought a car from Camden H at Tim Dahle Infiniti. It went as smooth as it can go. He hit all the ground rules I asked for up front. Nothing could have been better with the experience.
I had the best experience ever! As a first time buyer they were the best to go to. They explained everything to me and got me a car quick with a great deal. I love my new car!
Amazing sales staff !!! CJ was a true professional and through his efforts, an Infiniti Q60 Sport was purchased.
I bought my newest car from Tim Dahle Infiniti. The deal was great and the at the dealerships was super fast. We had the best Salesman ever! I highly recommend Bruno for anyone looking for a new ride, he knows his stuff and listens and cares when it comes to finding what you want.
Rodrigo was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He will be my go to Service Advisor.
I hate car dealerships. (I don't hate their dealers! Bruno is THE MAN. Honest. Patient. Kind. Straightforward. 0 pressure.) There are certainly some pros to purchasing at a dealership. Mostly cons. Unless you're rich. Or stupid...(I have to start this way...) I had been shopping classified adds from Seattle to Austin for more than 8 weeks. I'm 100% sure I was more aware of the available used inventory and market value (for the particular car I wanted) than any person on State Street. After an exhausting test drive "season," PPI's and loosing purchases to other, quicker buyers I finally buckled and went to Tim Dale because they had an example listed at the very top end of my budget. It could have been any dealership who had that car. I would have gone in. I would not have made the purchase. I was sure I would go see the car I wanted, drive it and walk out with a renewed faith and purpose in the arduous process of buying a used car from a private seller. (If you are patient and thorough enough there is always a better deal.) You've got to understand that buddying up to a dealer is not a good idea. Just like showing your financial cards too early or starting by saying, "I've got cash!" You need to remain detached to not get tilled under in their meticulously crafted process. So, I'm not talking about a "cool guy" or a "funny dude" or a "great person," I'm talking about Bruno the car dealer. I test drove the car and immediately knew it was the one I had been looking for. (Understand I had driven 10 other examples and paid to have 3 inspected.) I wanted it. Now...to make the numbers work... Bruno was straight forward with me from the beginning. My total time in their office was less than an hour. They pulled all the extra crap off the car and offered it to me "as is" which most dealers won't do. They worked with me until the deal was so close to what I needed I only had to borrow $250 to make it happen. Cash was the finance "good cop" in my succession through the depreciating investment milll. He was fantastic as well. He gave me a very fair OTD in the end and did not cost me a day at work or much time with my daughter. I drove the car to my life-long mechanic the next morning and paid for the wrong kind of PPI (Post-instead of Pre-Purchase Inspection). Cash had gone over everything Tim Dale inspects before taking a used car in. His assessment was totally honest. I had to be sure I didn't get a lemon and my mechanic owed me one after the three PPI's I had just paid for! My new whip has an A+ rating from my mechanic of 30 years. My experience with Bruno and Cash at Tim Dale was much better than I expected it to be. They were more willing to negotiate than I expected. If I had started the dealership process with anyone other than Bruno, I would have walked and waited for a private sale. I had time and money on my side. Bruno was 0 pressure, straight forward, present and clear eyed. I am grateful to have met him.
