The service department alway is freshed faced everytime I pull in for service, great service team. Waiting area has the best snacks and wait times are always kept with prompt updates if anything is needed. Hands down love coming in even with the unexpected maintenance services needed.

For years I took all of my vehicles to the Larry H Miller dealership down the street for all of my service needs. Over the years the service went drastically downhill. A coworker recommended Tim Dahle Infiniti because of the way they treat customers. I made the switch a while ago and have absolutely nothing but fantastic things to say about the service department! I never feel pressured to buy anything I don’t want to. Last year I had an issue with my Toyota that was quoted to be $3,600 to fix at the Larry H Miller Toyota dealership and chose not to fix because of the price. Last time I was in at Tim Dahle they also mentioned the problem and I explained how I couldn’t afford it. The service provider mentioned that it was a recalled issue and shouldn’t cost me anything at a Toyota dealership to fix. I was able to get it fixed and it didn’t cost me a thing. That service provider saving me that kind of money when another place was trying to rip me off was top level customer service. It shows that you all really do care about the customer. I will be a customer for life at this point!

I have had my car serviced at Tim Dahle Infinity several times and they’ve all been great experiences. The service team has always had great communication, explains processes very effectively and gets the job done in a timely manner. I trust the folks in the service department, which can be rare to find at other dealers.
